01 What it was like

My drug addiction had left me feeling helpless. My family and friends distanced themselves from me, DFS got involved and I caught a posession charge. My life was spiraling fast!

02 What happened

I was arrested for posession of methamphetamine and failed a UA. The other charges were dropped but I was pregnant at the time all this took place. I will forever be grateful for her because if I hadn't been pregnant, I wouldn't have been sent to multiple rehab facilities back to back after serving time in jail. The time away really allowed me to reevaluate my life and responsibilities.

03 What it is like now

Life is wonderful now. After losing everything, I am now able to say I have picked up the pieces and made the best life I could give to myself and my children. I have an amazing job, getting married in June, bought a new car and just closed on a house. Moments get tough but you just have to remember how far you have come!
