It was horrible. If I wasn't drinking I was physically sick. I got to a point where I had a seizure because I quit cold Turkey. I was drinking almost a 1.75 of vodka a day. It was time for help.

I feel amazing for the most part every day. My journey is far from over but I'm on the right track. Almost 7 months sober.
