I was drinking every day and sometimes getting so hungover that I couldn't get out of bed the next day. It went from being quite functional to affecting my job and health.

I went on a date with someone who asked me if I could quit for 30 days. I love a challenge, so even though it was my birthday 2 days later I accepted. At the end of the 30 days he asked if I could do another 30, then another!

Six years later that man and I now have two beautiful boys together and are a healthy, loving family! I am so lucky and blessed!
