I nearly drank myself to death. I did the prison thing many times. I just didn't know how to stop.

I wanted to commit suicide.I attempted to drink Anti-freeze. Out of no where I got a phone call from The Veterans Hotline. They saved my life. I have been sober since.

I have a beautiful life. Far from perfect. I learned how to be humble. Now that takes practice. I parked my huge ego outside the door of my AA groups and over time I was able to empathize with others. It works. I accepted this higher power in my life. Some entity took over and is still next to me always!
