01 What it was like
In a word, hopeless. I had no category in my mind as to what a life of sobriety would be like. Further than that, it was even more unimaginable to think of enjoying that life.

02 What happened
Many challenges over the years: jails, psych ward, CCU hospitalization, drug court, broken relationships... just to scratch the surface.
03 What it is like now
Today life is far better than I could have ever dreamed. I got married, published a book called Recovered that went #1 upon release on Amazon, bought a house, led multiple international mission trips (that is where I met my wife!) and lead the prayer ministry at the church I attend... again, just to scratch the surface. I do my best to inspire and educate people around the topic of addiction @sustainedlife - No matter how far you have fallen, there is ALWAYS hope... like me, you may have failed many times but it only takes one time to get it right!
