Daniel Robert West

I’m Daniel Robert West a recovered addict who was held hostage by alcohol and cocaine for the best part of two decades. Have a look at my eyes in the picture from when I was an addict, The story they are telling is that I’m dying inside, having to put on a brave face because I’m so lost in the power of addiction and I have no idea how to escape. The problem I had is that I spent a long time in the wrong room, recovery showed me a new door all I had to do was walk through it and I would be in a new room full of joy and wonder, hope faith and courage. Best thing I ever done was walk through that door not saying it was easy, I put a lot of work in and I get to reap the rewards in a big way.

Sobriety

I now work as a Lifestyle Fixer / Recovery Coach and work with clients on a one to one basis, I have a book coming out soon called Life Beyond Addiction which is a combination of my life story and a self-help book.
