It all controlled my life. I was self medicating child hood traumas, and wired in addictions since I found drinking as a teen, with out knowing it until I had a complete breakdown and learned I am a survivor whom was afflicted with PTSD.

I hit my rock bottom, lost my mind, prayed and begged for a second chance, luckily I got one and started to put in the work.

9 years sober, feels like a dream come true from the nightmare. I could not even reimagine going back after liberating and empowering myself from the soul slavery it all was.
