01 What it was like
At 32 years old I felt dishonest to myself and to my family. I felt like a bad role model for my young kids.

First I faced my demon eye to eye. Used the tooIs to slay it into submission. Stayed away from all bad influences for a couple years and lived with honesty and my desire for freedom from the captivity. One day at a time.
