01 What it was like
I was completely lost & broken. I didn't believe in myself or see a light at the end of the tunnel. I was living out of a duffle bag and couch hoping. Doing things I'm not proud of to get my next fix. This went on for almost 7 years.
I didn't believe in myself or see a light at the end of the tunnel.
02 What happened
In February 2017, I was arrested for drug trafficking of methamphetamine. I spent 2 months in jail before was court ordered to the rehab that helped me get MY life back. I will FOREVER be grateful to the amazing ministry in Birmingham Alabama.
03 What it is like now
3 years and 3 months in my sobriety, I am now the facilities maintenance supervisor at a church in Alabama. I have retrieved my driver's license, got a car on my own, and have an apt. I know I'm not where I'm going, but I'm SO far from where I was & im more than grateful for 2nd chances. God is so faithful
