I gave up drinking in June 2018 for 18 months. Unfortunately I had a slight blip in jan after a friend committed suicide. However I’m back sober again and won’t be looking back. I was much happier before when I was sober than when I drank. I now have an online site called liquorfreelondon where I share tools that helped me all that time ago.

I came to realise that when I drank I wasn’t the person I wanted to be and it was holding me back from a life I wanted.

I love being free from alcohol. My days are longer, I’m a nicer person, I am happier and stress free. I don’t make any stupid decisions under the influence so can live each day with a clear conscience.
