All four treatment centers in Mount Vernon offer substance abuse counseling and active treatment for substance use. The programs center on outpatient care, which comes in two primary forms depending on how much structure and support you need each week.
The four centers provide:

- Trauma-related counseling: 4 centers
Each of the four centers includes assessment and screening. They screen all clients for substance use and tobacco use at intake and conduct drug and alcohol urine testing throughout treatment. All centers also deliver motivational interviewing, a talk-based technique focused on resolving ambivalence about recovery, and relapse prevention counseling to help you build and sustain the changes you make. Discharge planning is included to help coordinate your transition after treatment ends, and staff reach out to people in the community to connect those in need with care.
Three of the four centers also offer aftercare and continuing care to maintain support after the main treatment phase concludes.
