All 4 treatment centers in Show Low offer outpatient treatment, with all 4 providing regular outpatient services. Each center offers cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which are structured therapies that help people change harmful thought patterns and behaviors. Three of the 4 centers also provide trauma-related counseling for clients whose substance use connects to past trauma.
Individual and group counseling are available at all 4 centers, allowing people to work one-on-one with therapists or learn from others in recovery. Each center includes comprehensive substance use assessment to determine the right treatment path, screening, case management, mentoring or peer support, and substance use education.
Recovery planning is central to care. All 4 centers offer relapse prevention education, aftercare and continuing care services, and employment counseling or training to help people rebuild their lives beyond treatment. Discharge planning is available at each location.
For detoxification, residential inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs, medication-assisted treatment (buprenorphine, methadone, or naltrexone), sober living houses, or telehealth services, confirm availability with individual listings.
Show Low's 4 centers serve people of all genders, with all 4 accepting adult men and female clients. Three centers offer services for adult women, and three specialize in treatment for pregnant and postpartum women.
