The seven treatment centers in Midvale offer multiple approaches to substance use recovery. Every center provides substance abuse counseling paired with comprehensive assessment and education. Most offer both individual and group settings to suit different client needs.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is used at all seven centers to identify and change harmful thought patterns related to substance use. Motivational interviewing, practiced at all seven, focuses on resolving internal conflicts about change. Intensive outpatient treatment at six centers provides structured programming while allowing clients to maintain work and family responsibilities.
All centers screen for both substance use and mental health conditions. They also provide naloxone and overdose education, case management support, and discharge planning to help clients transition back to their communities.
For residential inpatient care, detox programs, medication-assisted treatment using buprenorphine, methadone, or naltrexone, sober living homes, or trauma-focused counseling, confirm directly with individual centers.
Gender access: All seven centers accept women. Two specialize in women-only treatment. Five centers accept clients of any gender.
