Rising Phoenix Wellness Services was built around a continuum model — the idea that recovery rarely fits a single level of care. By offering Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and standard Outpatient programming within the same center, Rising Phoenix allows clients to step up or step down in intensity without losing continuity of clinical relationships or having to start over with a new provider.
