REACH Project delivers two distinct levels of outpatient care designed to meet varying recovery needs within the community. The standard outpatient program provides regular counseling sessions and group therapy while allowing maximum flexibility for work, education, and family responsibilities. This level of care works effectively for clients stepping down from residential treatment or those beginning addiction treatment in a less intensive setting.

The intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers more structured support with increased session frequency and comprehensive programming. IOP serves as an excellent bridge between residential treatment and standard outpatient care, providing substantial therapeutic engagement while maintaining the benefits of living at home. Both programs utilize cognitive behavioral therapy as the primary therapeutic method, ensuring consistent skill development across all levels of care.

Cognitive behavioral therapy forms the foundation of treatment at REACH Project, providing clients with practical tools for identifying triggers, managing cravings, and developing healthy coping strategies.
