Rays of Sonshine was founded by Lynn Daniel, who serves as Executive Director and Senior Pastor and holds credentials as a Registered Addiction Counselor (RAC) and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). Claire White, the Assistant Director and Clinical Supervisor, carries the same RAC and CCS credentials and also serves as Senior Pastor. The dual clinical and pastoral roles of both leaders reflect the center's community-rooted character — a recovery program that operates at the intersection of clinical counseling and faith-based community support.

The broader team includes Terra Taylor in adult education and Fairendo Slater as Permanent Housing Manager, roles that speak directly to the center's emphasis on life skills and stable housing as pillars of long-term recovery.
