Place of Hope Inc provides residential treatment as its primary level of care, housing up to 45 individuals in Columbia, Tennessee. The facility combines this intensive residential component with both intensive outpatient (IOP) and standard outpatient programs, allowing for stepped levels of care as individuals progress through their recovery journey.

Clinical Director Cassie Gray, LMSW, oversees programming that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy with 12-step methodology. This dual approach helps residents develop practical skills for managing triggers and cravings while building connections within the broader recovery community. The combination of residential stability and therapeutic programming creates a foundation for sustained sobriety and life skills development.

The facility operates both as a licensed addiction treatment center and as a temporary homeless shelter, addressing housing instability that might otherwise undermine treatment efforts.
