Livengrin's 119-bed residential treatment program provides the foundation for long-term recovery success. Clients live on the 44-acre campus while participating in structured daily programming that combines group therapy, individual counseling, and skill-building activities. The residential experience prepares individuals for successful transitions to sober living environments and independent recovery.

The recovery center's residential program serves as a bridge between acute medical care and community-based recovery. Clients work with clinical staff to develop aftercare plans that may include ongoing outpatient treatment, alumni program participation, and connections to local sober living resources throughout Bucks County and Philadelphia.

Livengrin's intensive outpatient (IOP) and standard outpatient programs allow individuals to maintain employment, education, and family responsibilities while receiving addiction treatment. These programs serve both as primary treatment options and as step-down care following residential treatment completion.

Outpatient participants benefit from flexible scheduling and the ability to immediately apply recovery skills in real-world settings. The treatment team, led by Vice President of Clinical Programs Denise Merritt, works with each client to customize program intensity based on individual recovery needs and life circumstances.

As a certified Opioid Treatment Program, Livengrin provides medically supervised detox services under the direction of Medical Director Dr. James Cornish. The facility's medical detox program safely manages withdrawal symptoms while preparing clients for ongoing addiction treatment.

Beyond standard substance abuse treatment, Livengrin addresses gambling addiction and serves clients with co-occurring mental health disorders. This dual diagnosis capability ensures that underlying conditions receive attention alongside addiction treatment, supporting more comprehensive recovery outcomes.

Livengrin serves diverse recovery community members including veterans through TRICARE coverage, court-ordered individuals, and healthcare professionals seeking confidential treatment. The facility provides specialized support for pregnant women, overdose survivors, and individuals who inject drugs.
