Little House Inc provides residential treatment through 60 to 90 day programs designed for sustained recovery work. The extended timeframe allows clients to progress beyond initial stabilization into deeper therapeutic work addressing underlying issues. This residential approach creates an immersive recovery environment where women and young adults can focus entirely on building sobriety skills without outside distractions.

The 28-bed facility maintains a smaller community size that promotes closer relationships between residents and clinical staff. Clients work with individual counselors while participating in group therapy sessions that leverage peer support among women facing similar challenges. The residential setting provides 24/7 structure and support during the critical early months of recovery.

Co-occurring disorders and dual diagnosis treatment represents a core specialty at Little House Inc. Many clients arrive with both substance abuse and mental health conditions that require integrated treatment approaches.
