Life Change Center offers an outpatient program structured around evidence-informed clinical care and community connection — a combination that suits individuals who are invested in long-term recovery rather than short-term stabilization alone. As a certified Opioid Treatment Program, the center provides access to Medication Assisted Treatment and Medications for Opioid Use Disorder within an outpatient setting, alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address the thinking patterns that sustain substance use disorders.
