KP Counseling Services offers two core levels of outpatient addiction treatment designed for individuals at different stages of their recovery journey. The outpatient program provides flexible scheduling for those balancing treatment with work, family, and other responsibilities, while maintaining connection to their recovery community.

The intensive outpatient (IOP) program delivers more structured support for clients requiring additional therapeutic contact without residential treatment. Both programs address substance abuse alongside mental health issues, recognizing the interconnected nature of addiction and psychological wellbeing in long-term recovery success.

The recovery center employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and modify thought patterns that contribute to addictive behaviors. Motivational Interviewing techniques support clients in exploring their own reasons for change and building commitment to recovery goals.

The Stages of Change Model guides treatment planning by meeting clients wherever they are in their recovery readiness.
