The center's continuum moves from Medical Detox through an Intensive Outpatient Program and into an Outpatient Program, with a Partial Hospitalization option available for those at higher relapse risk who need additional stabilization before stepping down. That range within a single CARF-accredited facility gives clients and families the continuity of working with the same treatment team across multiple phases of the recovery process.

Hopes Horizon specializes in co-occurring disorders — what clinicians call dual diagnosis — treating mental health conditions and substance use as the interconnected issues they typically are.
