Guidance Center

Guidance Center provides two primary levels of addiction treatment through their outpatient program structure: standard outpatient services and intensive outpatient treatment. Both programs utilize individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy approaches to address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

The recovery center's intensive outpatient program serves individuals requiring more structured support while maintaining the flexibility to continue work, school, or family responsibilities. Telehealth services extend treatment access throughout their coverage area, which spans from Franklin and Williamson County into Southeast Tennessee and the Upper Cumberland region.

This recovery center distinguishes itself by serving entire families affected by addiction, with specialized programs for adults, children, and adolescents within the same facility. Family therapy sessions address the systemic impact of substance use disorders while building recovery skills across all family members.

The treatment approach integrates outpatient counseling for substance abuse with mental health services, particularly addressing co-occurring disorders including depression, anxiety, and ADHD. The recovery center accepts Tenncare and provides safety net services, ensuring addiction treatment remains accessible to diverse populations throughout Middle Tennessee. Operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, the facility maintains consistent availability for ongoing outpatient treatment needs.
