Medical Detox provides physician-supervised care for clients starting the process of withdrawal, with Dr. Brian K. Adler, MD overseeing the medical side of treatment. From there, clients can step into the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — a structured format that allows people to engage in meaningful treatment while maintaining their daily lives in the Myrtle Beach community.

The standard Outpatient Program extends care further, giving clients in longer-term recovery access to continued substance abuse treatment, counseling, and monitoring.
