HHSC-referred clients typically complete 30-day residential stays, while TDCJ participants engage in comprehensive 90-day residential treatment addressing both substance abuse and criminal justice requirements.

Programming integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy with specialized anger management, family therapy, and individual counseling. The residential facility on Eastex Freeway includes on-site exercise, meditation, and nutrition components designed to support physical and mental wellness throughout the recovery process.

Following residential treatment completion, participants transition into a robust outpatient program lasting 6-9 months at the separate E. Crosstimbers Street location. This supportive outpatient programming maintains recovery momentum through continued counseling, group sessions, and community connection building.

Extended aftercare provides up to 30 additional days of structured support for participants requiring enhanced transition assistance.
